SEATTLE PEACE CONCERTS HISTORY
The Seattle Peace Concerts were founded by Don Glenn (seen above) in 1981 to promote a culture of peace, while bringing live local music to the Seattle Communities in partnership with the City of Seattle Parks. In 2023, the Seattle Peace Concerts were merged with the Washington Blues Society in an effort to preserve the long running concert series!
The Seattle Peace Concerts are a 501(c)3 non-profit operating through donations and volunteers. All bands play for free in an effort to support the Seattle Peace Concerts mission.
